Water-soluble vinylon filament is an ideal water-soluble fiber. It is a characteristic variety of vinylon. It can be used for various purposes at water-soluble temperature of O-100 C. Water-soluble yarn can be easily dissolved in pure hot water without any chemical additives, and has excellent weaving stability. It is widely used in socks, fishing nets and fishing nets made of ordinary yarn. It will become monolithic and not so troublesome. It can also make high quality fishing nets by hand, which can also improve work efficiency.

20S 20degrees centigrade water-soluble yarn is also called PVA fiber. It is environmentally friendly, completely dissolved in water, pollution-free, no residue, no side effects. 20S 20 degree centigrade water-soluble yarn is a valuable functional differential fiber. Water-soluble PVA fibers can be divided into filament and staple fibers. 20S 20 degree water-soluble yarn is an ideal water-soluble fiber and a characteristic variety of PVA. It can be used for various purposes at the water-soluble temperature of O-100 degree. It has ideal water-soluble temperature and strong elongation, good acid, alkali and dry-heat resistance. It is odorless and non-toxic when dissolved in water. The water solution is colorless and transparent, and can be biodegraded naturally in a short time. Applications are: untwisted towels, socks, fishing nets, fine narrow lace fabrics, wool fabrics, improving the weaving performance of linen and ramie yarns, knitting materials, on offset printing tight (rubber, canvas) cloth sets, weft-free blankets, sewing thread, embroidery, narrow lace fabrics, suede knitted fabrics and so on.

Water soluble yarn properties:

(1) Water solubility is good and can be completely dissolved in hot water according to different needs.

(2) Good mechanical properties. (Strength, plasticity, hardness, impact toughness, multiple impact resistance and fatigue limit, etc.)

(3) Weather resistance is good: among all fibers, it is second only to acrylic fibers. After long-term exposure, the strength decreases slightly.

(4) Hygroscopicity is better than that of vinylon staple fibers. The moisture regain under standard condition is 5.0-6.0%, and the spinning performance is good.

(5) Natural biodegradability: Water-soluble fibers dissolved in water can be biodegraded naturally or rapidly in activated sludge, without any pollution to the environment.

 

Water-soluble yarn applications:

(1) Used as water-soluble non-woven material to produce water-soluble non-woven fabric and embroidery base cloth to make machine embroidery lace produce hand embroidery style; used as disposable garment in special industries to meet industrial hygiene and environmental protection requirements; used as water-soluble packaging material.

(2) Used to produce water-soluble worsted yarns. After interweaving water-soluble yarns with other yarns, water-soluble fibers are removed during dyeing and finishing, and deep-processed fabrics such as warp and weft hollow, jacquard hollow, thin, soft and bulky can be obtained.

(3) As a companion fibre, it is blended with wool (or wool) with low count. After spinning and weaving, it is woven into gray fabric, and then water-soluble vinylon fibers are removed in the finishing process, thus producing high count, light, fluffy and soft * pure wool fabrics. Water-soluble fiber blending technology can also increase yarn strength, improve weaving efficiency, and expand the range of yarn and fabric design.

(4) As companion fibers, it can also be used for blending with other fibers such as cotton, linen and polyester to weave high count pure linen, cotton fabrics and silk-like polyester fabrics. Knitting can be used for production: beef louvers, honeycomb cloth, etc. Water-soluble yarn can also be combined with cotton yarn to make untwisted yarn, which can be used to produce untwisted towels, etc.

(5) Blend with cashmere and other low-strength fibers to improve the spinning performance of cashmere.
